Preparation
Bring the water to a boil, dissolve the coffee and the sugar.
Pour into a container and freeze until hard. Scrape with a fork to break up the ice crystals.
To serve, place in a coffee cup and cover with condensed milk to taste. Accompany with the biscuits.
