The Most Awarded Porto Wine Brand of 2018

In 2018 Sandeman was the world's most awarded Porto Wine brand in the wine sector's most significant international competitions.

Once again, in 2018, Sandeman was broadly and internationally recognized and, for the 6th consecutive year, won more awards than any other Port Wine Brand in the world. The 24 medals collected in 2018 were awarded in the Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA), the International Wine Challenge (IWC) and the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC). 

Between 2014 and 2018, Sandeman collected a total of 123 medals in these three competitions, in recognition of the quality of its wines by the most renowned international specialists. As for last year, the most distinguished wines were Sandeman Porto Tawny 30 Years Old and Sandeman Porto Tawny 40 Years Old. 

With over 225 years of history, Sandeman now holds solid and proven international recognition, as well as the preference of the specialists.
