Gratinéed Squash with Egg Cream Filling
READ MORE- 1 ⅔ oz (50 mL) of Sandeman Porto Fine Tawny
- Orange slices and orange zest
- ½ oz (15 mL) of lemon sparkling water
- Orange wedge
- Cinnamon stick
- Ice
Glass: Long drink glass
Macerate the orange slices with the orange zest.
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add the Sandeman Porto Fine Tawny.
Top with lemon sparkling water and stir well.
Garnish with an orange wedge and a cinnamon stick.
