Sandeman Coffee Flip

• 1 ½ oz (50 mL) of Sandeman Porto Founder’s Reserve Ruby
• 1 oz (30 mL) of VS Cognac
• ¾ oz (20 mL) of simple syrup
• 1 whole egg

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice. Shake vigorously for at least 45 seconds.

Strain into a martini glass (or brandy snifter)

Garnish with grated nutmeg.
