Pak Choi Stuffed with Goat Cheese, Sweet and Sour Sauce
READ MORE- 1 ½ oz (50 mL) of Sandeman Porto Founder’s Reserve Ruby
- 1 oz (30 mL) of VS Cognac
- ¾ oz (20 mL) of simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass and add ice. Shake vigorously for at least 45 seconds.
Strain into a martini glass (or brandy snifter)
Garnish with grated nutmeg.
