TasterMark SquiresCountryUnited StatesYear2019CommentsThe 2015 Late Bottled Vintage Port is a blend of 43% Touriga Franca, 29% Touriga Nacional, 20% Tinta Roriz and 8% Tinta Barroca. It was bottled in May 2019 after four years, unfiltered and with a long cork. It comes in with 98 grams of residual sugar. Sogrape's three traditional LBVs are all very fine this issue, but this seems to be the sharpest and most powerful. Like its siblings, it could use a better expression of fruit, which will only come with time. In the meanwhile, the power seems to be at a Vintage Port level, although not the top level. This is potentially super, and it should age very well. There were 5,570 cases produced.
