White Ports are surprising for many but worth the discovery! Drier or sweeter, they can be bright young wines or more complex reserves and aged, all bottled after evolution in the cellar and ready to consume. The profiles vary, from pale yellow to amber, from floral, citrus and honey notes (while younger), to rich dried fruits, nuts and toast (when more evolved).
